How to Perform
  1. 1

Set a cable to its lowest position and fasten an ankle strap to your outside leg.

  2. 2

Stand side-on to the machine, holding the frame for balance.

  3. 3

Sweep the strapped leg out to the side, keeping it straight and your torso upright.

  4. 4

Return under control without letting the stack touch down.

Tips
  • Do not lean away from the working leg to get more range - the extra is coming from your spine.
  • Light weight, slow tempo. This is a small muscle and it does not need much.
