How to Perform
  1. 1

Set the saddle height so your knee stays slightly bent at the bottom of the pedal stroke.

  2. 2

Start with a few easy minutes at a light resistance to warm up.

  3. 3

Settle into your target effort and hold a smooth, even cadence.

  4. 4

Finish with a few minutes spinning easy.

Tips
  • Cadence around 80 to 90 revolutions per minute is comfortable for most people.
  • Log the distance and time - pace is the number worth watching here.
