How to Perform
- 1
Set the saddle height so your knee stays slightly bent at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
- 2
Start with a few easy minutes at a light resistance to warm up.
- 3
Settle into your target effort and hold a smooth, even cadence.
- 4
Finish with a few minutes spinning easy.
Tips
- ★Cadence around 80 to 90 revolutions per minute is comfortable for most people.
- ★Log the distance and time - pace is the number worth watching here.
