How to Perform
  1. 1

Stand in an athletic stance with your knees bent and your weight on the balls of your feet.

  2. 2

Chop your feet as fast as you can, barely lifting them off the floor.

  3. 3

Keep your chest up and your arms driving.

  4. 4

Hold the pace for the interval, then rest.

Tips
  • Speed beats height - the feet should barely leave the ground.
  • Ten to twenty seconds is plenty. This is not meant to be a long interval.
