How to Perform
- 1
Stand in an athletic stance with your knees bent and your weight on the balls of your feet.
- 2
Chop your feet as fast as you can, barely lifting them off the floor.
- 3
Keep your chest up and your arms driving.
- 4
Hold the pace for the interval, then rest.
Tips
- ★Speed beats height - the feet should barely leave the ground.
- ★Ten to twenty seconds is plenty. This is not meant to be a long interval.
