How to Perform
  1. 1

Stand tall with your arms bent at your sides.

  2. 2

Drive one knee up to hip height while pushing off the other foot.

  3. 3

Alternate quickly, staying on the balls of your feet.

  4. 4

Pump your arms in time with your legs.

Tips
  • Stay tall - leaning back makes the knees easier to lift and the drill useless.
  • Land quietly. Noise means you are crashing down rather than springing.
