How to Perform
- 1
Stand with a kettlebell in each hand, or one held in both, in front of your thighs.
- 2
Soften your knees and hinge at the hips, letting the bells travel toward the floor.
- 3
Stop at the point where your hamstrings stretch and your back would start to round.
- 4
Drive your hips forward to standing and squeeze your glutes.
Tips
- ★The bells stay close to your legs the whole way down.
- ★A good first hinge to teach: the shape is easier to feel than under a barbell.
