How to Perform
- 1
Wedge one end of a barbell into a landmine and load the other.
- 2
Stand facing the loaded end and hold it with both hands in front of your thighs.
- 3
Push your hips back, letting the bar travel down along the arc.
- 4
Drive your hips forward to stand, finishing tall with the glutes squeezed.
Tips
- ★Let the bar find its arc rather than dragging it into a straight line.
- ★Useful when a barbell RDL aggravates the lower back.
