Landmine Romanian Deadlift

How to Perform
  1. 1

Wedge one end of a barbell into a landmine and load the other.

  2. 2

Stand facing the loaded end and hold it with both hands in front of your thighs.

  3. 3

Push your hips back, letting the bar travel down along the arc.

  4. 4

Drive your hips forward to stand, finishing tall with the glutes squeezed.

Tips
  • Let the bar find its arc rather than dragging it into a straight line.
  • Useful when a barbell RDL aggravates the lower back.
