How to Perform
- 1
Stand in an athletic stance with your knees bent, chest up and weight on the balls of your feet.
- 2
Push off your trailing foot to shuffle sideways.
- 3
Keep your feet from crossing or clicking together.
- 4
Shuffle for a set distance, then come back the other way.
Tips
- ★Stay low the whole way - bobbing up between steps is where the conditioning leaks out.
- ★Push off the outside foot rather than reaching with the leading one.
