How to Perform
  1. 1

Stand in an athletic stance with your knees bent, chest up and weight on the balls of your feet.

  2. 2

Push off your trailing foot to shuffle sideways.

  3. 3

Keep your feet from crossing or clicking together.

  4. 4

Shuffle for a set distance, then come back the other way.

Tips
  • Stay low the whole way - bobbing up between steps is where the conditioning leaks out.
  • Push off the outside foot rather than reaching with the leading one.
