How to Perform
  1. 1

Sit on the floor and lean back onto your hands or forearms, feet off the ground.

  2. 2

Extend your legs out straight without letting your heels touch down.

  3. 3

Pull your knees in toward your chest, curling your pelvis slightly.

  4. 4

    Extend back out under control.

Tips
  • Keep your chest lifted - collapsing the torso hands the work to the hip flexors.
  • The lower your legs travel on the extension, the harder each rep gets.
