How to Perform
- 1
Sit on the floor and lean back onto your hands or forearms, feet off the ground.
- 2
Extend your legs out straight without letting your heels touch down.
- 3
Pull your knees in toward your chest, curling your pelvis slightly.
- 4
Extend back out under control.
Tips
- ★Keep your chest lifted - collapsing the torso hands the work to the hip flexors.
- ★The lower your legs travel on the extension, the harder each rep gets.
