How to Perform
- 1
Stand on one leg and bend the other behind you, holding the foot with your hand.
- 2
Keep your chest as upright as you can and lower on the standing leg.
- 3
Touch the back knee lightly to the floor.
- 4
Drive back up through the standing foot without letting go of the back foot.
Tips
- ★Let go of the back foot and let it trail if the balance is beating you - that is the skater squat.
- ★Put a cushion under the back knee so you are not chasing the floor.
