How to Perform
  1. 1

Stand on one leg with a soft knee and the other foot lifted behind you.

  2. 2

Push off sideways and land on the opposite foot, letting the free leg swing behind.

  3. 3

Absorb the landing by bending the knee and hip, and hold your balance briefly.

  4. 4

Push straight back the other way and continue alternating.

Tips
  • Stick each landing before the next hop - hopping continuously skips the part that matters.
  • Watch that the landing knee does not cave inwards.
