How to Perform
- 1
Stand on one leg with a soft knee and the other foot lifted behind you.
- 2
Push off sideways and land on the opposite foot, letting the free leg swing behind.
- 3
Absorb the landing by bending the knee and hip, and hold your balance briefly.
- 4
Push straight back the other way and continue alternating.
Tips
- ★Stick each landing before the next hop - hopping continuously skips the part that matters.
- ★Watch that the landing knee does not cave inwards.
