How to Perform
  1. 1

Lie on your back and lift your legs straight up toward the ceiling.

  2. 2

Reach both hands up toward your toes.

  3. 3

Crunch up, lifting your shoulder blades off the floor, and reach as far past your toes as you can.

  4. 4

Lower your shoulders back down under control while the legs stay vertical.

Tips
  • The legs do not move. If they swing toward your hands you have made the rep easier.
  • Bend the knees slightly if your hamstrings pull your legs out of vertical.
