How to Perform
  1. 1

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms crossed over your chest.

  2. 2

Rotate your upper body to one side, keeping your hips facing forward.

  3. 3

Rotate smoothly to the other side.

  4. 4

Keep alternating, letting the range grow as you loosen up.

Tips
  • The hips stay square - if they swing round with you, the rotation has left the mid back.
  • Controlled and smooth. Ballistic twisting is not doing anything useful.
