How to Perform
- 1
Set the treadmill to a brisk walking pace and raise the incline.
- 2
Walk tall with your arms swinging naturally.
- 3
Hold the pace and incline for your target time or distance.
- 4
Bring the incline down for the last few minutes to cool off.
Tips
- ★Hands off the rails. Holding on takes most of the work out of it.
- ★Raise the incline before the speed - that is where the glute work comes from.
