How to Perform
  1. 1

Lie on your back with your arms extended overhead and your legs straight.

  2. 2

In one movement, lift your torso and legs, reaching your hands toward your feet.

  3. 3

Balance briefly on your backside at the top with your body in a V.

  4. 4

Lower both halves back to the floor under control.

Tips
  • Bend your knees to make it easier before you resort to swinging your arms.
  • Lower slowly - dropping back to the floor throws away half the exercise.
