How to Perform
- 1
Select the assistance weight - the higher the number, the more help you get.
- 2
Kneel or stand on the platform and take a wide overhand grip on the handles above you.
- 3
Pull yourself up until your chin clears your hands, driving your elbows down and back.
- 4
Lower under control until your arms are straight.
Tips
- ★Log the assistance weight, and chase it downward week to week - that number falling is the progress.
- ★Do not let the platform throw you up; the machine should remove weight, not do the rep.
