How to Perform
  1. 1

Select the assistance weight - the higher the number, the more help you get.

  2. 2

Kneel or stand on the platform and take a wide overhand grip on the handles above you.

  3. 3

Pull yourself up until your chin clears your hands, driving your elbows down and back.

  4. 4

Lower under control until your arms are straight.

Tips
  • Log the assistance weight, and chase it downward week to week - that number falling is the progress.
  • Do not let the platform throw you up; the machine should remove weight, not do the rep.
