How to Perform
  1. 1

Anchor a band above head height and kneel or sit beneath it.

  2. 2

Take an end in each hand with your arms extended overhead.

  3. 3

Pull your elbows down and back toward your ribs until your hands reach shoulder height.

  4. 4

Let your arms extend back overhead under control.

Tips
  • Lead with the elbows and let the lats do the pulling rather than the hands.
  • Keep your torso upright instead of leaning back to finish the rep.
