How to Perform
  1. 1

Grip a pull-up bar overhand at roughly shoulder width.

  2. 2

Let your feet leave the floor and hang with your arms straight.

  3. 3

Stay relaxed through the legs and keep your shoulders from creeping up to your ears.

  4. 4

Hold for time, then step down rather than dropping.

Tips
  • Log the seconds - grip improves fast and it is satisfying to watch.
  • Chalk before straps. Straps here defeat the purpose of the exercise.
