How to Perform
- 1
Grip a pull-up bar overhand at roughly shoulder width.
- 2
Let your feet leave the floor and hang with your arms straight.
- 3
Stay relaxed through the legs and keep your shoulders from creeping up to your ears.
- 4
Hold for time, then step down rather than dropping.
Tips
- ★Log the seconds - grip improves fast and it is satisfying to watch.
- ★Chalk before straps. Straps here defeat the purpose of the exercise.
