Half Burpee
A burpee without the push-up and the jump: squat, kick back to a plank, jump the feet in, stand. Keeps the conditioning and drops the impact.

How to Perform
- 1
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then squat down and place your hands on the floor.
- 2
Jump or step your feet back into a high plank.
- 3
Jump or step your feet back in toward your hands.
- 4
Stand up tall and begin the next rep.
Tips
- ★Keep your hips from spiking as you jump the feet back - land in a plank, not a pike.
- ★Step rather than jump if your knees or wrists complain; the conditioning is the same.
