Half Burpee

A burpee without the push-up and the jump: squat, kick back to a plank, jump the feet in, stand. Keeps the conditioning and drops the impact.

How to Perform
  1. 1

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then squat down and place your hands on the floor.

  2. 2

Jump or step your feet back into a high plank.

  3. 3

Jump or step your feet back in toward your hands.

  4. 4

Stand up tall and begin the next rep.

Tips
  • Keep your hips from spiking as you jump the feet back - land in a plank, not a pike.
  • Step rather than jump if your knees or wrists complain; the conditioning is the same.
