How to Perform
  1. 1

    Stand with your feet together and your arms at your sides.

  2. 2

    Jump your feet out wide while raising your arms overhead.

  3. 3

    Jump your feet back together and bring your arms back down.

  4. 4

    Keep a steady rhythm for the duration.

Tips
  • Land on the balls of your feet with soft knees.
  • Step one foot out at a time instead of jumping to take the impact away.
