How to Perform

Stand with your feet together and your arms at your sides.

Jump your feet out wide while raising your arms overhead.

Jump your feet back together and bring your arms back down.

Keep a steady rhythm for the duration.
Tips
- ★Land on the balls of your feet with soft knees.
- ★Step one foot out at a time instead of jumping to take the impact away.
