How to Perform
  1. 1

Hang from a bar with an overhand grip and raise your legs straight out in front to hip height.

  2. 2

Hold the L position with your toes pointed and legs together.

  3. 3

Pull until your chin clears the bar without letting the legs drop.

  4. 4

Lower under control, still holding the L.

Tips
  • The legs dropping is the end of the set, even if you could pull another rep.
  • Tuck the knees instead of straight legs to scale it down.
