How to Perform
  1. 1

Sit on the floor with your knees bent, feet flat, and hands behind you with fingers pointing toward your feet.

  2. 2

Press through your hands and heels to lift your hips off the floor.

  3. 3

Walk forward by moving an opposite hand and foot together, keeping your hips high.

  4. 4

    Walk backwards the same way.

Tips
  • Hips stay lifted - letting them sag turns it into a shuffle on your backside.
  • Keep your shoulders down away from your ears rather than shrugging into the position.
