Assisted Dip
The parallel bar dip on a counterweighted machine. Same role as the assisted pull-up: full range now, less assistance later.
Chair Dip
A dip with your hands behind you on a chair and your feet on the floor. The triceps exercise available in any room with furniture.
Crab Walk
Walking on hands and feet with your chest facing the ceiling. A conditioning drill that leaves the triceps and glutes burning.
Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extension
One dumbbell lowered behind the head with both hands. The overhead position stretches the long head of the triceps, which pushdowns barely touch.
Single Dumbbell Skullcrusher
A skullcrusher with one dumbbell held in both hands. Easier to control than a pair, and it lets you load heavier than one arm can manage.
Two Dumbbell Skullcrusher
A skullcrusher with a dumbbell in each hand. The neutral grip is easier on the elbows than a straight bar, and each arm has to work alone.
Weighted Dip
A parallel bar dip with weight hanging from a belt. One of the heaviest pressing movements available without a bench.
