How to Perform
  1. 1

    Select the assistance weight and kneel or stand on the platform.

  2. 2

    Grip the parallel bars with your arms straight and your body upright.

  3. 3

    Lower yourself until your upper arms are roughly parallel to the floor.

  4. 4

    Press back up until your arms are straight.

Tips
  • Stay upright to bias the triceps; lean forward to bias the chest.
  • Stop at parallel unless your shoulders are comfortable going deeper.
