How to Perform

Select the assistance weight and kneel or stand on the platform.
- 2
Grip the parallel bars with your arms straight and your body upright.
- 3
Lower yourself until your upper arms are roughly parallel to the floor.
- 4
Press back up until your arms are straight.
Tips
- ★Stay upright to bias the triceps; lean forward to bias the chest.
- ★Stop at parallel unless your shoulders are comfortable going deeper.
