How to Perform
- 1
Stand in a doorway and place your forearms on the frame with your elbows at shoulder height.
- 2
Step one foot through the doorway.
- 3
Lean your weight gently forward until you feel a stretch across your chest.
- 4
Hold, breathing normally, then step back.
Tips
- ★Raise or lower the elbows to move the stretch across different parts of the chest.
- ★Stretch, not strain. Anything sharp in the front of the shoulder means back off.
