How to Perform
  1. 1

Stand in a doorway and place your forearms on the frame with your elbows at shoulder height.

  2. 2

Step one foot through the doorway.

  3. 3

Lean your weight gently forward until you feel a stretch across your chest.

  4. 4

Hold, breathing normally, then step back.

Tips
  • Raise or lower the elbows to move the stretch across different parts of the chest.
  • Stretch, not strain. Anything sharp in the front of the shoulder means back off.
