How to Perform
  1. 1

Sit on the floor or between two parallettes with your hands beside your hips.

  2. 2

Press down hard through straight arms to lift your backside off the ground.

  3. 3

Extend your legs straight out in front of you, feet off the floor.

  4. 4

Hold, keeping your shoulders pushed down away from your ears.

Tips
  • Start tucked, then one leg at a time, then both - the straight-leg version comes last.
  • Parallettes or dip bars give you the height that makes an honest hold possible.
