How to Perform
- 1
Set up in a high plank with your hands under your shoulders and feet slightly wider than hip-width.
- 2
Brace your core and squeeze your glutes.
- 3
Lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder without letting your hips twist.
- 4
Replace the hand and repeat on the other side.
Tips
- ★Widen your feet to make it easier - a narrow stance makes the anti-rotation much harder.
- ★Watch your hips: if they rock side to side, slow down.
