How to Perform
  1. 1

Start with your hips high and your body in an inverted V, hands and feet on the floor.

  2. 2

Bend your elbows and dive your chest forward, sweeping it close to the ground.

  3. 3

Continue the sweep until your arms straighten and your chest lifts into an arch.

  4. 4

Reverse the path back to the starting position, or push the hips straight back.

Tips
  • Move continuously - the sweep is the exercise, not a chain of positions.
  • Keep the elbows tracking back rather than flaring straight out to the sides.
