How to Perform
- 1
Set up in a push-up position with your feet slightly wider than hip-width.
- 2
Perform a full push-up, lowering your chest to just above the floor and pressing back up.
- 3
At the top, tap your left shoulder with your right hand, then your right shoulder with your left.
- 4
Keep your hips level throughout, then begin the next push-up.
Tips
- ★The taps are the hard part - do them slowly rather than rushing back to the floor.
- ★If your hips rotate on the taps, drop the push-up to your knees and keep the taps strict.
