How to Perform
  1. 1

Set up in a push-up position with your hands much wider than your shoulders.

  2. 2

Lower toward your left hand, keeping the right arm straight.

  3. 3

Staying low, shift your weight across to the right hand while the left arm straightens.

  4. 4

Press up from the right side and repeat in the other direction.

Tips
  • Stay down through the slide - popping up mid-way is where the difficulty goes.
  • Build up with archer push-ups first.
