How to Perform
  1. 1

Place your hands on the floor about 30 cm from a wall, slightly wider than your shoulders.

  2. 2

Kick up into a handstand and rest your heels lightly against the wall.

  3. 3

Bend your elbows to lower the crown of your head toward the floor.

  4. 4

Press back up until your arms are straight.

Tips
  • Come down from the handstand between sets rather than resting upside down.
  • Stack a couple of mats under your head to shorten the range while you build strength.
