How to Perform
- 1
Place your hands on the floor about 30 cm from a wall, slightly wider than your shoulders.
- 2
Kick up into a handstand and rest your heels lightly against the wall.
- 3
Bend your elbows to lower the crown of your head toward the floor.
- 4
Press back up until your arms are straight.
Tips
- ★Come down from the handstand between sets rather than resting upside down.
- ★Stack a couple of mats under your head to shorten the range while you build strength.
