How to Perform
  1. 1

Lie face-down with your feet against the base of a wall and your hands on the floor beneath your shoulders.

  2. 2

Press up into a plank and walk your feet up the wall while walking your hands in toward it.

  3. 3

Continue until your chest is close to the wall and your body is nearly vertical.

  4. 4

Reverse the movement, walking your hands out and your feet down under control.

Tips
  • Keep your core braced and ribs down - letting the back arch is what makes people fall.
  • Set a distance you will walk your hands to and stop there rather than going to failure upside down.
